Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern deep fried/oven baked ball or patty shaped street food,

made with dried chickpeas(kabuli chana),onions, garlic, spices and lots of freshly chopped herbs.

Falafel is a delicious, healthy & high protein vegetarian food.Good for diabetic people.

It most likely originated in Egypt but you can find it all over the world. It can be served as plain or in wraps with salads for complete meals.
