Tawa Fried Paneer Tikka

Paneer Tikka is a delicious easy to make North Indian starter dish where paneer cubes & vegetables are marinated in aromatic spiced yogurt & skewered together and grilled it on tawa or oven.
Paneer Tikka is a flavorful dish perfect for any party,can be served as starter with salads,choice of sauce or with naan for complete meal.It is a very popular dish in Indian restaurants food list across the world.
It is an alternative version to chicken tikka or any non veg tikka recipe for vegetarian people.

Tawa Fried Paneer Tikka Recipe:
Ingredients:
•Paneer cubes - 200 gram
•Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
•Hung curd - 1 cup
•Lemon - 1 (Take out the juice from it)
•Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
•Cumin powder - 1 tsp
•Coriander powder - 1 tsp
•Chaat masala - 1 tsp
•Chopped cilantro leaves (Coriander leaves ) - 1/4 cup
•Crushed black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
•Kasuri methi( Dry fenugreek leaves) - 1 tsp
•Red chili powder - 1 tsp
•Salt as per taste
•Oil - 2 tbsp or as needed
•Green,red & yellow bell peppers - (as needed) Cut into Cube size
•Onions - as needed (cut into Cube shape)
Other Equipments:
•Wooden/ Metal skewers
Method:
•Take a bowl add curd,ginger & garlic paste into it.
•Then add all the spices red chili powder,cumin & coriander powder,crushed black peppercorns,chaat masala,garam masala powder,salt accordingly in to the bowl.
•Now add chopped cilantro,kasuri methi,lemon juice,oil and mix all the ingredients well & make a lump free batter.
•Now add the paneer cubes,onion & bell pepper cubes.Mix well until coated properly.
•Covered the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for over night or at-least 1-2 hours.
•Soak the wooden skewers 30 minutes - 1 hour before using to avoid the skewers burning.
•Take out the marinated paneer & vegetables from refrigerator,take the skewers and put the paneer and vegetables on to this sticks accordingly.
•Now heat a tawa & brush some cooking oil all over the paneer & veggies and place all the skewers ( kebab sticks) on the tawa.Cook them in 2-3 batches on low to medium heat.
•Keep turning the sticks and cook each side evenly until paneer and veggies cooked properly.
•When all the sides of the paneer and veggies cooked well turn off the flame & serve paneer tikka hot with mint chutney.
