Tandoori Lamb Chops

Your weekend dinner will be more delightful if you have this delicious,juicy Lamb Chops on your Plate.Last weekend I prepared this flavorful dish & it turned out so good.


These is a very easy to make recipe where lamb rib chops are marinated in aromatic spiced yogurt & then bake or grill or tawa it for perfection.


Main ingredients which I used to make this recipe are greek yogurt,Shan fried chops masala,Ginger garlic paste,Lemon juice.First I marinated lamb chops with spiced yogurt mixture and then refrigerate it overnight for better taste then Fried it on tawa & served it hot with Onion cucumber salads.

Ingredients For making Tandoori Lamb Chops Recipe:




  • 9 pieces - Lamb rib chops

  • 1/2 cup - Hung curd

  • 3 tsp - Shan fried chops masala

  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp - Red chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp - Black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste

  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 lemon - Take out juice from it

  • 1/4 cup - Vegetable oil



Steps:


  • At first clean and wash lamb chops properly.Then take a bowl pour the lamb chops in to it.


  • Add hung curd & all the spices red chili powder,turmeric powder,shan fried chops masala,black pepper powder accordingly in to the bowl.


  • Add ginger & garlic paste,lemon juice & salt as per your taste.


  • Add oil and mix well all the ingredients together until coated properly.Cover the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for over night or at least 2-3 hours .


  • Take out the marinated Lamb chops from refrigerator.Heat little oil in a fry pan,place the lamb chops on the fry pan & saute them in two batches on low to medium heat.Keep turning the lamb chops and fry each side evenly until cooked properly.


  • When all the sides of the Lamb Chops cooked well turn off the flame & serve it hot with onion cucumber salads.
