Your weekend dinner will be more delightful if you have this delicious,juicy Lamb Chops on your Plate.Last weekend I prepared this flavorful dish & it turned out so good.
These is a very easy to make recipe where lamb rib chops are marinated in aromatic spiced yogurt & then bake or grill or tawa it for perfection.
Main ingredients which I used to make this recipe are greek yogurt,Shan fried chops masala,Ginger garlic paste,Lemon juice.First I marinated lamb chops with spiced yogurt mixture and then refrigerate it overnight for better taste then Fried it on tawa & served it hot with Onion cucumber salads.

Ingredients For making Tandoori Lamb Chops Recipe:
9 pieces - Lamb rib chops
1/2 cup - Hung curd
3 tsp - Shan fried chops masala
1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - Red chili powder
1/4 tsp - Black pepper powder
1 tsp - Ginger paste
1 tsp - Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon - Take out juice from it
1/4 cup - Vegetable oil
Steps:
At first clean and wash lamb chops properly.Then take a bowl pour the lamb chops in to it.
Add hung curd & all the spices red chili powder,turmeric powder,shan fried chops masala,black pepper powder accordingly in to the bowl.
Add ginger & garlic paste,lemon juice & salt as per your taste.
Add oil and mix well all the ingredients together until coated properly.Cover the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for over night or at least 2-3 hours .
Take out the marinated Lamb chops from refrigerator.Heat little oil in a fry pan,place the lamb chops on the fry pan & saute them in two batches on low to medium heat.Keep turning the lamb chops and fry each side evenly until cooked properly.
When all the sides of the Lamb Chops cooked well turn off the flame & serve it hot with onion cucumber salads.
