This oats kebabs are healthy and tasty easy breakfast recipe made of by using instant oats and mild spices,mashed potatoes,egg and lots of veggies.People who are looking for both tasty and healthy breakfast,this is the perfect recipe for them.

Ingredients for making oats kebab:


  • 2 cups - Instant oats

  • 1/2 cup - Onions

  • 1/2 - Tomato

  • 2 to 3 - Mint leaves

  • 5 - Baby carrots

  • 2 small - Boiled potatoes

  • 4 to 5 - Spinach leaves

  • 1/2 tsp - Shredded ginger

  • 1/2 cup - Capsicums

  • 1 - Egg

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tsp - Vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tsp - Crushed black peppers

  • 1/4 tsp - Chili flakes

  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder

  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp - Paprika powder

  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice

Steps:


  • In a food processor first add Instant oats,onions & carrots and chop for 10 seconds.

  • Then add rest of the Ingredients like tomato,capsicum,mint leaves,spinach leaves,egg, garam masala powder,chaat masala,turmeric powder,salt,chili flakes,crushed black peppers,paprika powder,shredded Ginger,lemon juice,boiled potatoes and chop until well combined.

  • Now grease your hands with oil & by using your hands from the Oats mixture gently shape it into patties.

  • Now heat the oil in a fry pan and transfer 4-5 oats patties into it & shallow fry them in 2-3 batches in low heat until both sides turn into Golden brown in color.Flipping them as needed.

  • Now Oats kebabs are ready, serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney.
