Today I’m sharing an easy,healthy & tasty colorful breakfast recipe with you all.
Frittata is an Italian egg based recipe loaded with lots of veggies,meats,cheese & herbs.

This is one of our favorite breakfast recipe.I usually make Frittata with whatever ingredients I have on my hands.
For this particular recipe I used eggs,whole milk,cheese,fresh veggies & herbs and to give a nice taste to Frittata I added chicken keema too.
You can bake this Frittata in oven or fried it on Iron skillet or heavy bottom fry pan.
You can make it different ways by using your favorite ingredients & enjoy it plain or adding it as sandwich filling.Try it once in your home,your kids definitely enjoy it.

Ingredients For Making Keema Veggies Loaded Frittata :
•Eggs - 4
•Whole milk - 1/4 cup
•Mozzarella cheese,shredded - 2 tbsp (or as needed)
•Chicken keema -1/2 cup
•Shredded carrots - 2 tbsp
•Capsicum slices - 2 tbsp
•Onion slices - 3 tbsp
•Chopped spinach - 1 tbsp
•Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
•Chopped spring onions - 2 tsp
•Garlic powder - 1 tsp
•Potato cut into round shape - 7 to 8 pieces
•Oregano - 1/4 tsp
•Crushed black pepper as needed
•Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
•Salt to taste
•Tomato pieces - 4 to 5 (cut into circle shape)
•Chili flakes - 1/2 tbsp
•Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp
Cooking Procedure :
•Heat the 1/2 tbsp oil in a fry pan,add chicken keema,2 tbsp onion slices in to the pan.Now sprinkle 1/2 tsp garlic powder,chili flakes,turmeric powder over the keema.Add some coriander leaves & salt to taste and mix well and fry it for 3-4 minutes.

•Now cover the pan with lid and cook until all the moisture evaporates from chicken and chicken cooked properly.And set it aside.

•Now take a bowl add Eggs, Milk,Crushed black pepper,Chili flakes,Oregano,1/2 tsp Garlic powder,Salt to taste and whisk well all together.

•Add cheese and prepared chicken keema into the egg mixture and mix well.


• Now heat the 1 tbsp oil in a iron skillet or heavy bottom fry pan.First Add carrots,capsicums,potatoes and fry them for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.

•Then add onions and spinach fry them for another 3-4 minutes or until spinach wilted.

•Now distribute all vegetable evenly on the pan and pour the egg mixture over the veggies.sprinkle some chili flakes,oregano,crushed black pepper,chopped coriander leaves,spring onions,onion & tomato slices over the egg mixture,cover the pan with lid and cook on lower heat until egg puffed up and cooked properly.

•Now Keema Veggies Loaded Frittata is ready.Transfer it on the plate,slice them and serve them warm.
